Cranberry cheese snack bag
Overview
This is my favorite filling. I have always felt that cranberries and cheese go well together~~ Ingredients: Main dough: 300g high-gluten flour, 54g caster sugar, 40g egg liquid, 144g milk, 3g salt, 3g yeast, 60g cream cheese, 24g butter. Filling: 175g cream cheese, 50g powdered sugar, 10g almond powder, 40g dried cranberries Surface decoration: appropriate amount of crispy chips and appropriate amount of butter

To make cranberry cheese filling: first chop the dried cranberries and set aside

Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature and add the powdered sugar and ground almonds

Mix well

Add chopped cranberries

Continue to mix well and the filling will be ready. Cover and set aside

Pour all the main dough ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, then put the bucket into the bread machine and fix it, start the "dough" program, which includes two stages of kneading + fermentation. The default duration is 1:40

minutes after the program starts, add softened butter at room temperature

After kneading the dough, the program automatically enters the fermentation stage

Wait for the program to end and fermentation to be completed

Take out the fermented dough and knead it evenly to deflate the air

Divide into 12 portions (about 50g/piece)

Roll into balls and let rest for 15 minutes

Take a piece of relaxed dough and roll it into a round shape

Add appropriate amount of cranberry cheese filling

Wrap and seal tightly

Spread a thin layer of butter on the inside of the mold, then put the wrapped dough into it one after another, and place it in a warm and moist place for final fermentation

After fermentation is completed, spray a layer of water on the surface

Sprinkle some crispy chips for decoration

Place the baking sheet into the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes

Immediately after taking out the oven, brush a layer of melted butter on the surface (outside the recipe amount)

After cooling, seal and store
