Braised pork with pickled vegetables
Overview
There is still a piece of fried pork belly from the past two days, and I think of the package of prunes I got from my mother. So let’s have another braised pork with pickled vegetables!

Prepare the ingredients (soak the prunes half an hour in advance to remove the saltiness).

Cut the pork belly and pickled vegetables and set aside. Put the ingredients into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine, cornstarch, and sugar and mix well.

Pour the seasoning into the pot and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and add the pork belly and mix well.

Arrange the mixed pork belly and add the pickled vegetables into the pot and stir-fry a few times before serving it on top of the pork belly. Then put it in the pot and steam it.

After steaming for about an hour, take it out, cover it with a plate, and flip it over.
