Steps

  1. Put the soaked kelp shreds into boiling water and cook for one minute (the kelp shreds need to be soaked for 5-6 hours to lose the salty taste) and wash them in cold water

  2. Mince garlic

  3. Put the minced garlic into the basin of shredded kelp

  4. Add salt, sugar, chicken essence, chili oil, cooking oil, sesame oil, cut green and red peppers into rings and put them into a basin and mix well
