Matcha shortbread
Overview
When I made a matcha cookie, the logo of the 2014 Brazil World Cup, from the previous recipe, I had some scraps left over, so I rolled them into a ball and made this shortbread that looks like a margarita, and I was too lazy to post it as an independent recipe. This is how lazy people practice it:)

Prepare materials

Put butter, powdered sugar, and matcha powder in the same bowl, and use a whisk to beat evenly

Add the egg yolk and continue to beat and refrigerate for more than 30 minutes

Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix evenly

Mix all the ingredients into a dough and refrigerate for more than 30 minutes

Shape the refrigerated dough into balls

Place the dough on the baking sheet and press each small piece of dough on top with your thumb

Place in a hot oven at 170 degrees and bake for 20 minutes until the edges of the cake are slightly brown

Take out of the oven and let cool
