- Wash and chop fresh chicken legs (you can also use large chicken legs or whole chicken)

-Add fungus, white fungus, and shredded tofu skin and stir-fry until cooked

-Add green pepper and stir-fry, add balsamic vinegar and light soy sauce and stir-fry
