Braised shrimp
Overview
Food is born out of love, I very much agree with this sentence. My child has been a picky eater since he was a child. If something doesn’t taste right after one bite, my dad says he’s still not hungry, so he can just wait until the next meal. However, he really doesn’t want to eat, and there’s nothing I can do about it. Being such a picky eater for a long time will definitely affect his body. From then on, I would always try to find ways to make the same ingredients for him. Don’t worry, it really works! It seems that the food you don’t eat doesn’t necessarily mean you really don’t like it, but it’s just that it’s not to your liking. Let’s talk about today’s braised shrimp dish. When making it, choose small ones. The finished product is salty, sweet and delicious. You can even eat the outer shell. How can you not like it!

Steps
-
Thaw the shrimp and rinse with water
-
Trim off or shorten the shrimp whiskers and cut the back

After picking out the sand line, control the water for later use
-
Prepare onions, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, aniseed, ginger slices, green onions cut into small pieces, and garlic cut in half
-
Put a little more vegetable oil in the pot. When the oil starts to smoke, add the shrimp and stir-fry over high heat until it changes color and the shell becomes hard. Stir-fry for a few more times
-
While the temperature in the pot is very high, immediately pour in the rice vinegar and quickly cover the lid
-
Simmer over high heat for half a minute
-
Open the lid and add hot water, the amount of water should be level with the shrimp
-
Add onion, ginger, garlic and peppercorns
-
Add sugar
-
Add salt
-
Bring to a boil over high heat, cover with a lid over medium heat and simmer for a minute or two to absorb the flavor, then turn over high heat to reduce the juice, and you can see only the shrimp soaked in oil and you can take it out of the pot.
