Overview

The fried mushrooms are fragrant and delicious. With sesame seeds, minced garlic, and chili pepper, it is an all-purpose mushroom oil that can be used with noodles or vegetables.   2. Cut off the roots of the garlic head, break it into pieces and clean it.

  3. Peel directly after chopping with knife. You can also soak it in water after removing the roots to make peeling easier.

  4. Chop the garlic and cut the chili into sections.

  5. Wash the mushrooms in a basin with running water while stirring. Cut into small slices and tear into thin strips.

  6. Add canola oil to the pan and heat. Add garlic and fry until fragrant.

  7. Add mushrooms and fry over low heat.

  8. When frying, use chopsticks to flip it to prevent the bottom from getting burnt.

  9. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown and add appropriate amount of salt. This makes the mushrooms delicious.

  10. Turn off the heat, add chili, peppercorns, sesame seeds, and minced garlic while it's still hot and stir.

  11. The electric ceramic stove is still warm after turning off the flame. It's okay if you use gas, the remaining heat can fry the sesame and pepper until fragrant.
