My heart is surging
Overview
I submitted trial reports for several Kewpie series products, and received a total of 9 bags of 7 flavors. Today I mainly tried two flavors: roasted sesame and Caesar salad. The preparation is actually very simple, regardless of the many steps. It is actually a clever fusion of potato salad and vegetable oatmeal salad. There are several circles of hearts inside and outside. The roasted sesame flavored salad is poured into the heart of mashed potatoes, like a nest. It is famously called: Heart's Nest! The shape is beautiful, the ingredients are rich in ingredients, the taste is refreshing and layered, and the nutrition is good!

-
Peel and wash the eggplant and potatoes, and make 1 small piece of homemade cooked pork knuckle meat.
-
Cut eggplant and potatoes into strips and steam until cooked.
-
Wash and blanch the beans, rinse with cold water and drain.
-
Cut the beans into mince, and only take the lean part of the elbow meat and mince it.
-
Grate the carrots and chop into small pieces.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add minced carrots and minced meat, stir-fry, and add a little salt.
-
Mash the steamed eggplant and potatoes.
-
Add minced beans and 6 fried minced carrots.
-
Mix well and the mashed potatoes are ready.
-
Fill the heart-shaped mold with mashed potatoes, then use a spoon to make a heart shape in the middle and remove from the mold.
-
Shred the cucumber, radish, and purple cabbage separately, and blanch the enoki mushrooms.
-
Arrange cucumber shreds, radish shreds, and purple cabbage shreds on the side of the heart-shaped mashed potatoes, and then add enoki mushrooms and spiral oatmeal noodles.
-
Pipe toasted sesame salad into the center of the heart.
-
Sprinkle the Caesar salad over the enoki mushrooms and spiral rice noodles.
-
The method of making spiral oatmeal noodles is as follows: oatmeal noodles, boiling water, appropriate amount, and a little white flour. Tools: Kitchen knife and curtain. Put the oatmeal noodles and a little white flour into a basin and stir evenly.
-
Pour boiling water into the noodles.
-
Stir quickly with chopsticks to form a dough.
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long strip, cut it into 1cm square pieces with a knife, and then round it up.
-
Then make it into small strips.
-
Take a small strip and place it on the curtain, and press it down with the blade of a knife.
-
The oatmeal noodles are pressed into a spiral roll with the knife.
-
Prepare the spiral oatmeal rolls in sequence and place them in the steamer.
-
Pour boiling water into the steamer, steam for 4-5 minutes, open the lid and let it cool. Don’t think it’s pasta, it’s my noodles! Oatmeal noodles and potatoes are a perfect match, and mashed potatoes and salad are also a perfect match!
