Fried kidney beans with meat
Overview
If this dish were in our hometown, we would stir-fry the fragrant yellow sauce first, and then add the vegetables to taste. This time I changed the method and used June's fresh braised soy sauce, which gave me the feeling of thick oily red sauce, which is the taste of home-cooked food.

Remove the heads and tails of the kidney beans, wash and cut them into pieces; cut the pork into small slices and marinate with cooking wine and white pepper; mince the onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili pepper

After the wok is heated, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, add onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper and saute until fragrant

Pour in the marinated meat slices and stir-fry until the meat turns white

Add kidney beans, stir-fry evenly, add a small amount of water, and simmer for 2 minutes until cooked

5.Finally add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce to taste
