Dorayaki

Dorayaki

Overview

Recently, many people have asked me if I can use something else if there is no electric oven or if there are delicious snacks that do not require an electric oven. Basically, I thought of Dorayaki~ This is very famous in the cartoon Doraemon, and it is Doraemon's favorite snack~ Dorayaki is a wagashi. Like other Japanese snacks, it is relatively light. The key is that it is delicious and does not require an electric oven!
