Coupled with some homemade cured bacon or sausages, the taste cannot be described with my poor words. The scientific name of the white flower is Bauhinia alba, also known as Bauhinia alba. It is a kind of redbud that everyone is familiar with. It blooms in spring and its roots, bark, leaves and flowers are used as medicine. The flowers have anti-inflammatory effects.
