Steamed Dumplings with Leeks and Duck Eggs
Overview
This is a dumpling I made when my family bought a lot of duck eggs some time ago. Sometimes I want to be lazy, so I just buy dumpling wrappers.

Ingredients
Steps
-
All ingredients.
-
Crack the duck eggs into a container, add an appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of water to break them up.
-
Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg liquid, and break it up with chopsticks.
-
Chop the fried eggs and dried shrimps and set aside.
-
Drain the leeks and chop into small pieces.
-
Put the chopped eggs, dried shrimps and leeks into the pan for frying the eggs, add appropriate amount of salt, peanut oil and soy sauce to taste (because there is a lot of oil in the pan for frying the eggs, put them directly into it).
-
Wrap into any shape you like.
-
Place in the steamer.
-
Steam over high heat for about 20 minutes.
