Luffa and pork bone soup
Overview
Luffa has high medicinal value and can be taken throughout the body. Regular consumption of loofah can improve human immunity, prevent diseases and delay aging. There are many ways to eat luffa. Luffa leaves can be used to make luffa porridge and luffa tea; young luffa can be stir-fried and served cold; luffa flowers can be eaten raw or made into soup. This is home-grown loofah, with some dried shrimps added, and it is delicious in bone soup. No oil was added to the soup, it was light and delicious.

Soak the pork bones in water and wash them.

Put the pot under cold water and add more water as appropriate.

Peel the loofah and cut into pieces.

Add a little cooking wine to the dried shrimps, soak them and wash them thoroughly.

Knot the green onions and slice the ginger.

When the pot is about to boil, remove the foam from the bone broth. Then add ginger and green onions.

Simmer over low heat for about half an hour, then add the loofah soup.

Add dried shrimps.

Cook the loofah and add salt to taste.

Fill the bowl.
