For all the ingredients, I originally wanted to use egg whites, but my husband used them for cooking, so I had to beat another egg.

Wash the chicken breasts and cut into small pieces

Add appropriate amount of water to the marinade

Pour the prepared marinade into the chopped chicken pieces

Mix evenly with your hands, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for more than an hour. The longer the time, the more flavorful it will be

Put oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, add an appropriate amount of bread crumbs, fry until the bread crumbs are slightly brown, pour into a plate and set aside

Place the starch on a plate and set aside

Beat the eggs and set aside

Use chopsticks to pick up a piece of marinated chicken, covered with starch

Coat with a layer of egg wash

Coat it with a layer of bread crumbs

Place on a baking sheet lined with foil. Heat the oven to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, and check until the surface is golden

It's baked, the dark ones are wrapped in fried bread crumbs, the white ones are not fried
