Vinegar lotus root
Overview
A simple appetizer to strengthen the spleen--vinegar lotus root dices. This is an ordinary home-cooked side dish, simple and easy to make, appetizing and delicious.

Material preparation

Chop ginger, garlic and chili pepper into mince

Cut the lotus root into cubes, rinse with water for a while, drain and set aside

When the oil in the pan is hot, add the diced lotus root and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes

Add the minced chili pepper and continue to stir-fry, while adding appropriate amount of salt to taste

Then add appropriate amount of white vinegar and stir well
