Dice pork, mushrooms and green onions respectively;

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, heat over medium heat, then add diced pork and diced green onions and stir-fry;

When the aroma explodes in the pot, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and continue stir-frying;

First add the bean paste and stir-fry, then add the sweet noodle sauce, and finally add an appropriate amount of water and stir evenly;

Use a shovel to push the pot from bottom to top until the water vapor in the pot gradually evaporates and there are no more big bubbles. Add the chicken essence, stir, and then turn off the heat and remove from the pot.
