Overview
This is a very simple home-cooked fried rice. I gave it an interesting name, "Zhu Bajie Also Smiled" Fried Rice. Take a mouthful of flavor.

The first thing is to cook the rice. Don’t add too much water when cooking. The water should be about 0.6-0.8 centimeters higher than the surface of the rice. If you are using leftover rice, just skip it.

Stir-fry for 5 or 6 times over high heat.
