- Beef brisket 500g

- Noodles Add 3 servings according to the number of people (Zhenjiang hot pot noodles are specially made)
- Old ginger Three slices
- Quail eggs Add according to personal preference
- Salad oil Appropriate amount

- small green chili pepper one
- soy sauce Appropriate amount (specially made for pot cover noodles)
Steps

Boil the beef in cold water. When the water boils, wash the beef. Add water, green onions, ginger slices, cooking wine, and an appropriate amount of water (enough for three people) to the stew pot and simmer for three hours.

Cut the ingredients as shown in the picture

Cut green peppers and dried coriander into shreds as shown in the picture, buy cooked quail eggs

Add salad oil, add green peppers, stir-fry for one minute and add the fragrant seeds

Remove the beef after three hours and stir-fry

Add Zhenjiang Pot Noodles special soy sauce, stir-fry and then add beef broth. Continue to cook until the beef stock boils, then turn off the heat.
