Red date, brown sugar and milk-flavored Mala Cake (no baking)
Overview
I think Mala Gao is very similar to Fa Gao, except that Mala Gao does not need to add yeast or baking soda, so it tastes better without the taste of yeast and soda. Malay cake was originally a food loved by the Malay people in Singapore. It was originally called Malay cake. Later it was introduced to Hong Kong and Guangdong and was called Malay cake in the Guangdong dialect. Red dates and brown sugar are good for women, and I like to use them both to make pastries. It looks pretty good too.
