  1. Cut the lean pork into thin strips, add a small amount of salt and a few drops of white wine to taste and marinate for 10 minutes

  2. To prepare the sauce, beat two eggs in a bowl, add the same amount of starch as the eggs, stir into a paddle and add the marinated meat, ready to be fried

  3. Pour oil into the pot, a little more oil, and fry the meat until crispy. Be careful to stir frequently so that the color is evenly coated
