Overview

Today, my husband and I went for a walk on the street and discovered Shaxian Snack Bar. I remember when I first went to college, there were all kinds of fried rice, rice bowls, fried noodles, dumplings, and wontons. Now that I think about it, I have eaten almost all the snacks I should eat in my life. At that time, I really wanted to drool when I saw a few people eating ordinary three dishes and one soup. Perhaps because of this, my weight in college never exceeded 90 pounds. After graduation, the fat and water in my meals increased along with my weight. Haha, I will never drool when I see braised pork again, but I miss all kinds of noodles in college, especially the fried rice noodles from Shaxian County. But it’s been seven or eight years since I graduated and I haven’t had anything to eat until today when I went shopping in the pedestrian street and suddenly discovered Shaxian Snack Bar and went in. I ordered fried rice noodles without any thought. It was probably what most people imagined. The memories are still there. It tasted just as good as when I was not in school. After a few bites, I put down my chopsticks and my husband ate the rest. My husband said not to waste food... I bought a pound of rice noodles on the way home and cooked it at home. It seemed to taste better than the ones fried outside... It’s really not a compliment~~~
