Braised beef noodles

Braised beef noodles

Overview

Recently I have been thinking about eating braised beef noodles, but I am too lazy. I don’t have beef at home, and it’s cold and I don’t want to go out. I shout in the group every day asking someone to lend me some beef and I’ll cook noodles for you! It’s hard not to eat what you suddenly want to eat. I waited and waited. When the flour came, I went to the vegetable market and bought a pound of beef brisket and came back. Braised beef noodles!

Ingredients

Steps

  1. First mix the dough for making noodles. Generally, I use 200 grams of flour and 60 grams of water in summer, and 70 grams of water in winter, and add a little salt.

  2. I knead the dough with a noodle machine, let it rest for 30 minutes, and press the dough twice. I like it to be firmer. When kneading the dough by hand, I knead the dough until it is smooth, cover it with plastic wrap or a damp cloth, let it rest, and then roll it into thin slices and cut into strips.

  3. Noodle side dishes: lettuce
