Overview

Burnt carrots and fungus, a very healthy delicacy. Carrots and black fungus are both popular and beneficial ingredients. When paired together and simply cooked, it becomes a healthy home-cooked dish. Adding a little green pepper enriches the color of the dish and also increases the nutrition.

  1. Soak the fungus in advance, blanch it in a pot, then remove and drain the water.
