Grilled Eggplant
Overview
Summer eggplant season, braised in sauce, braised in braised sauce, steamed, served cold, fried, grilled and stewed is something you can’t get enough of. I often use an electric pan to bake it, which requires less oil, is healthier, and is especially delicious. This time I added dry pot seasoning to make it a special meal.

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Cut the eggplant into about 0.5CM thick slices.

Prepare dry pot seasoning and red pepper slices.

Preheat the electric baking pan.

Select the barbecue button and place the meat slices.

Fry the meat slices until they change color, then place the eggplant on top and grill them too.

Grill the eggplant until lightly browned on both sides. Add garlic slices and fry red pepper until fragrant.

Finally, pour in a little light soy sauce and add the dry pot seasoning. Mix well and serve.

It's very tempting. Take it out of the pot and put it on the plate.
