Prepare half a bowl of cold water and add 1 teaspoon of white vinegar to the water. Peel the loofah, cut into pieces and soak in water to prevent oxidation.

Cut the braised pork cubes in half with a knife, add onions, ginger, garlic, and red pepper.

Boil the water in the pot, add the loofah and blanch it.
