MASTERCHEF must be familiar with this dish. I have always wanted to try it, and today I finally got it. It is very good, a different steak experience! 😜

Add salt and black peppercorns to the beef tenderloin and marinate in olive oil.

Place in the pan and fry on all sides until it changes colour.

Apply yellow mustard while hot.

Place plastic wrap on the bottom, lay 5 slices of bacon, and spread a layer of mashed potatoes.

Place the beef on top, roll it up, and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.

Roll out the puff pastry.

Spread the egg yolk, take out the beef roll, and roll it up again.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set, take out, make a few vents, and apply a layer of egg yolk.

Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Take it out and let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
