Mushroom Pork Fried Noodles
Overview
Everybody doesn’t like fried noodles, right? Zhajiang noodles with various sauces have their own characteristics. Tianjin Zhajiang Noodles use sweet noodle sauce. I have been used to eating this kind of Zhajiang Noodles since I was a child. Today, add some ingredients to the fried sauce and make a mushroom fried noodles.

Main raw materials.

Wash and tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, blanch them, squeeze out the water and set aside.

Heat oil and fry aniseed until fragrant.

Add the diced pork belly and stir-fry until the diced pork becomes oily.

Add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the oyster mushrooms and continue to stir-fry. Fry the oyster mushrooms until dry.

Put sweet noodle sauce, soy sauce, a little sugar, and a little fried sauce.

Keep stirring during the process of frying the sauce to avoid burning the pot. Fry until the sauce spits out oil.

Cut the cucumber into shreds for cooking.

Boil the noodles in a pot under boiling water until the noodles are cooked.

Mix the cooked noodles with the fried sauce, add shredded cucumber and mix well.
