The ingredients are ready. Peel and slice the ginger, wash and shred the green and red peppers, wash and cut the garlic sprouts (garlic leaves) into sections;

Put the pork belly into the pot with cold water, add cooking wine, Sichuan peppercorns, and ginger slices to the pot in sequence. After boiling, turn to medium heat and cook for about 8 minutes until the pork belly is about half cooked, remove and let cool;

Cut the pork belly into thin slices;
