Prepare the main ingredients, an appropriate amount of meat filling, 2 pieces of tofu, and three spoons of Pixian bean paste

Add 1 tablespoon of starch, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of chicken essence to the meat filling and marinate for 10 minutes

Cut the tofu into cubes, no need to cut into too small pieces

Boil water in a pot, add tofu cubes and blanch them. This way they won't break easily and you don't need to cook them for too long! Then scoop it up and set aside

In another pan, add a little oil, add minced garlic and shredded ginger

Add the marinated meat filling and fry until medium cooked

Add three tablespoons of Pixian Doubanjiang. Of course, the amount of Doubanjiang depends on personal habits!
