Fried coconut milk
Overview
I used to make fried milk, but this time I added coconut milk. Adding coconut milk gives the fried milk a rich coconut milk aroma and a particularly good taste

Prepare milk, coconut milk, and water in a ratio of 1:1:1

Add cornstarch and water and mix thoroughly

Pour milk, coconut milk, and water into a pot and heat to about 60 degrees. There are slightly larger bubbles starting to appear on the edge.

Add water starch and stir while adding it, until it slowly becomes a paste

Pour it into a container, cool, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for about half an hour until it becomes a block, like tofu

Take it out after half an hour of quick freezing

Use a knife to cut into pieces of the same size

Prepare flour, cornstarch, and glutinous rice flour in a ratio of 4:1:1

Add water to make a paste, then add 1 egg white, a little baking powder, and corn oil

Adjust the spoon

Pound the cut milk cubes with dry flour first, so that they can be coated with wet flour without leaving the shell

Then wrap it in the prepared wet powder

Put into 70% hot oil pan and fry until golden brown
