I used to make fried milk, but this time I added coconut milk. Adding coconut milk gives the fried milk a rich coconut milk aroma and a particularly good taste

  1. Prepare milk, coconut milk, and water in a ratio of 1:1:1

  3. Pour milk, coconut milk, and water into a pot and heat to about 60 degrees. There are slightly larger bubbles starting to appear on the edge.

  8. Prepare flour, cornstarch, and glutinous rice flour in a ratio of 4:1:1

  9. Add water to make a paste, then add 1 egg white, a little baking powder, and corn oil

  11. Pound the cut milk cubes with dry flour first, so that they can be coated with wet flour without leaving the shell
