Tiger skin beef
Overview
After posting recipes for several days, my grandma felt that they were all too simple and did not reflect her skills. It just so happens that today is the weekend, the children are at home, and grandma decided to make something more complicated and delicious. The preparation process of this dish is divided into 5 steps, which is still a test of cooking skills.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Step 1: Prepare beef filling. Chop the beef into minced meat and smash it with the back of a knife.
-
Chop the onion into mince, add salt, chopped green onion, minced ginger, peppercorns, cooking wine and appropriate amount of vegetable oil.
-
Add beef and stir into filling. While stirring, add an appropriate amount of water to make the meat more moist.
-
Step 2: Prepare egg skin. Beat four eggs with a little salt. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if possible.
-
Brush the pan with oil and spread into egg skin, about 1.5 mm thick.
-
Spread out egg skin. A total of 4 egg skins were spread out.
-
Step 3: Wrap the beef box and spread out the egg skin.
-
Put the beef filling on top of the egg skin and spread evenly, not too thick.
-
Wrap it up and glue the joints with water starch.
-
The beef box is wrapped.
-
Step 4: Put vegetable oil in the fryer and fry the wrapped beef box.
-
The frying process is very fast, so be careful not to break it. I didn't take a picture of the beef box in the pot. This is fried. The outer skin is golden yellow with some markings, so it is called tiger skin.

Step 5: Cut it, place it on the plate, take photos, and it’s delicious.
