Ingredients: Pork belly, soaked mushrooms, coriander stalks, celery, ginger, onions, and garlic.

Slice the pork belly, cut the mushrooms into thin strips, cut the coriander sticks into inch-long sections, cut the celery into inch-inch sections similar to the coriander, and chop the ginger, onion, and garlic.

After the pot is hot, add cooking oil, add pork belly and stir-fry.
