Soak the dried yellow soy sauce until softened, dice the mushrooms, dice the soy sauce beef, and chop some Pixian bean paste.

Put oil in a wok, heat the oil to 50% heat, add garlic cloves, ginger slices, and Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add in diced mushrooms and diced beef in soy sauce and stir-fry

Pour the melted yellow sauce into the pan, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking to the pan; stir-fry until the sauce turns brown and red oil appears.
