Asparagus Mushrooms
Overview
I used half of the handful of asparagus I bought, some leftover oyster mushrooms from the fried oyster mushrooms, and some leftover shiitake mushrooms from the bibimbap, and stir-fried them together!

Wash the asparagus and cut it into sections, blanch it in a pot, take it out and set aside

Shred yellow pepper

Shredded red pepper

Shred oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms

Heat the oil in the pan and add red and yellow chili shreds and stir-fry

Add asparagus and stir fry together

Then add oyster mushrooms and shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of salt to taste and stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of chicken essence before serving

Stir well and serve on a plate
