Sweet and sour radish cubes
Overview
This is a quick pickle, made into a sweet and sour taste, and the cost is the most homemade green radish. During the entire festival, everyone fell in love with this side dish. Ingredients: green radish, ginger, wolfberry (not seen in the picture, actually added later) Seasoning: fruit vinegar, white sugar, salt, purified water

Peel the radish and cut into random pieces, add salt and marinate.

Pour away the pickled radish water and wash the radish several times with purified water.

Add fruit vinegar, purified water, and sugar to make a juice. Cut a few pieces of young ginger and put them in it. You can add wolfberry here. Place the radish cubes in the juice, cover it with plastic wrap, or cover it and refrigerate it. You can eat it as you go. You can also add vegetables in the middle.

As a side dish, I added two chrysanthemum petals when serving it, it looked pretty.
