Braised Duck
Overview
The most important thing for braised duck is that the duck meat should be fresh. I was worried about the quality of the meat, so I used flour to cook it. It turned out to be very effective. It is a delicious dish. If you don’t have a lot of ingredients, just simmer the duck meat with star anise, sugar and soy sauce.
