Boiled pork slices
Overview
The boiled pork slices are stir-fried with Mapo tofu sauce as the base. It is richer and more mellow than ordinary bean paste. The taste is authentic and delicate, without any unnecessary odor. Just the aroma of the fried red oil will make people drool!

Wash and cut the tenderloin into large pieces.

Add dry starch, a small amount of salt, and egg white to the meat slices and mix well.

Slice garlic and ginger and set aside.

Blanch the bean sprouts and lettuce for a while, take them out and put them into a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic slices, and peppercorns and saute until fragrant, add mapo tofu sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
