Wash the pork belly and cook it in a pot for 20 minutes

Remove the water and cut into pieces of the size you can accept

Put a little oil in the pot, add peppercorns, aniseed, cinnamon, bay leaves, ginger and a little salt over low heat.

Fry the meat until both sides are slightly brown. It can stir-fry out the excess fat in the fat.

Add cooking wine and braised soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add hot water to cover the meat a little more. After the fire comes to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer.

When the soup is half boiled, add the eggs that have been boiled and peeled in advance to taste, then remove and set aside.

Finally add honey and reduce the juice over high heat. Cut the eggs and put them on a plate, garnish with some coriander.
