Stir-fried shredded pork with homemade green radish
Overview
I recently bought 2 green radishes. They are quite juicy. Cut them into shreds and stir-fry them with some shredded pork. They are quite delicious.

Peel the green radish and cut into shreds.

Shred the red pepper and mince the garlic. The chili is for good looks, not spicy.

Cut the pork belly into thin strips and cut the fat part separately.

Heat the pot, first add the fat pork and stir-fry the oil, then add a little corn oil, then add the lean pork shreds and stir-fry together.

After the shredded meat changes color, add minced garlic and shredded radish and stir-fry for a few times until the shredded radish becomes soft.

Add the chili shreds and stir-fry for a few times, add 1 tsp of salt and mix well.

Add half a bowl of water, mix well, cover and simmer for two to three minutes to ensure the meat is cooked.

Finally, remove from the pot and plate.
