Prepare milk and flour, the amount depends on the situation at home

Pour the milk into a bowl and heat until warm but not scalding

Pour the warm milk into the angelica and mix well

Add milk and angel water to the flour little by little, knead into a smooth dough and ferment

While waiting for fermentation, chop the onions

Cut into sections

Go to a section and press it in the middle with your finger

Hold both ends and flip downwards

Bring to a boil over medium heat and steam for 20 minutes. Don’t rush to open the lid. Turn off the heat and steam for another 5 minutes
