Wow, our kids like Bear 1 and Bear 2, so we made kawaii version of panda biscuits, using the ACA32L large oven, the portions are a bit large~

Once the butter is soft, add sugar and salt.

Use a whisk to beat until fluffy and add eggs.

Continue to beat until the eggs and butter are completely combined and become fluffy

Weigh 90 grams of whipped butter and sift in 100 grams of low-gluten flour.

Sift 200g of cake flour and 15g of chocolate powder into the remaining 180g of whipped butter.

After putting on gloves, knead the dough from steps 4 and 5.

Cover the kneading surface with a layer of plastic wrap, then place the chocolate dough on top, then cover with a layer of plastic wrap, then roll it out with a rolling pin into a dough sheet about 0.3 cm thick. In the same way, make an original dough sheet (0.2 cm thick) and place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Tear off the upper layer of plastic wrap and use a mold to press out the panda body on the chocolate dough; then use the panda facial features mold to press out the panda's facial features on the original dough.

Remove the excess dough, place the panda body on the baking paper on the oil-absorbing paper, and then place the facial features on the panda body without pressing; in the same way, make another panda.

Preheat our ACA oven to 170 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the panda cookie dough on the middle layer, turn the heat up and down, and bake for about 18 minutes.

The original dough turns light golden brown and is ready to be baked. After it is baked, transfer it to the grill to cool down.
