Claypot rice
Overview
Simple claypot rice, the food is cooked in one pot. I love the crispy rice on the bottom floor the most!

Soak the rice in advance and change the ingredients for later use.

Put a little oil in the enamel pot and fry the carrots.

Add the sausage and stir-fry.

Add soaked rice grains.

Mix well.

Add just enough water to cover the ingredients.

Cover and simmer over low heat for twenty minutes.

The rice grains are basically cooked.

Add the garnishes (I removed the rapeseed later because the rapeseed was over-cooked and turned yellow and unsightly).

Continue to cover and simmer for ten minutes.

Fragrant claypot rice.

Before eating, pour a spoonful of it for a very fresh taste and stir evenly.
