Stewed with fried tofu, cabbage and vermicelli

  1. Group photo of materials

  2. Process the ingredients, cut the fried tofu, slice the pork belly, and cut the cabbage into sections

  3. Heat a casserole with some oil and fry the fat. This is critical. The flavor of the whole dish depends on the flavor of lard.

  4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

  5. Add pork belly and cooking wine. Stir fry until browned.

  6. Add cabbage and fried tofu and stir-fry for a while, add boiling water

  7. Simmer for ten minutes

  8. Add vermicelli, seasoning: salt, chicken powder, pepper. Simmer for another three minutes

  9. Completed, next paragraph. Sprinkle with some more pepper. (If there is celery, add some celery grains to make it more delicious)
