Wash the edamame twice, soak in salt water for 20 minutes, wash again, and cut off both ends of the edamame

After washing, put water in the pot, put the star anise and marinade in and bring to a boil

After boiling, cook for another 3 minutes. After the brine is cooked, add edamame, oil and salt

After boiling, add millet pepper and garlic, add a little light soy sauce

Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. When done, simmer with a lid for 5 minutes and then remove from the pot. Delicious edamame is ready!
