This is a quick stir-fry, simple and easy to make. But the color is rich and the taste is enviable. It is a good stir-fry with rice!

Cut the pepper into small pieces.

Remove the roots of seafood mushrooms, wash and cut into sections.

Wash the fungus and tear into small pieces

Beat the eggs into egg liquid, fry in a hot pan until egg droplets form, and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, heat it up, add green and red peppers and stir-fry for about two minutes.

Pour in the seafood mushrooms and fungus, then add salt, oil and five-spice powder, stir-fry until cooked. Then pour in the eggs and stir-fry evenly.
