Overview
It has been four years since I came to Gourmet World, and I have never posted a recipe. In four years, I have grown from an ignorant girl who stretched out her hands for food and opened her mouth for clothes, to a young woman who searches for recipes on the Internet and cooks delicious food for love. Thank you for Gourmet World's companionship along the way! This is the first time I’ve posted a recipe, and it’s also the first time I’ve made this kind of sesame seed pancake. It doesn’t look very good, but it tastes great!

Put the flour and yeast into the bread machine

While the bread machine is kneading the dough, let’s make the filling. Cut the beef and ginger into small pieces

Put the beef and ginger into a food processor and beat into a fine paste

After making the meat puree, I cut some onions and put them in it, added dumpling seasoning powder, soy sauce, salt, etc., and stirred in one direction to make the meat filling strong! (It’s the same as making dumpling fillings at home, add seasonings according to your own taste)

After the bread machine mixes the dough, let it ferment for about half an hour. It does not need to ferment until it doubles in size. Apply oil on the surface of the dough to prevent it from sticking

Divide the dough evenly into several equal portions and roll into a shape of beef tongue

Tighten the mouth, fold into a circle and flatten into a cake

Sprinkle black sesame seeds and place on baking sheet

Place in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes
