Beef brisket stewed with tomatoes and radish
Overview
Tomato beef stew is a very classic dish. It is delicious, rich, appetizing and refreshing. Peel off the skin of the tomatoes, cut them into fine pieces, slowly stew them into a sauce, then add the beef and stew them together so that the beef can fully absorb the flavor of the tomatoes. The tomato sauce also blends with the beef as it slowly simmers. In winter, radish is matched with ginseng. In this dish, I added radish and stewed it together. In the end, the radish was perfectly blended with the aroma of beef, so that the child didn’t even realize it was radish. This dish can be made into soup or dish. In winter, eat a big bowl of it warmly, and your whole body will be warm
