Overview
Plum boy fish is also called big-headed plum because of its large head. As its name suggests, the fish is childish and cute. The largest one is only more than ten centimeters. It is golden in color, delicate and delicious.

Pinch the gills from the head of the plum fish, pull out the gills and belly, wash and drain
