Cabbage Stewed Vermicelli

Main ingredients: cabbage, thick soup, sweet potato vermicelli, lard residue, green onions, ginger slices, dried chili

Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft

Chop green onions, slice ginger, cut dried chilies into small pieces, open the soup pot and set aside

Wash and cut the cabbage into large pieces, and separate the cabbage stems and leaves.

Add oil to the pot, add onions, ginger, garlic, and dried red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. After stir-frying the onions and ginger, add the pork residue into the pot and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the pork dregs until fragrant, then add the cabbage and stir-fry

After the cabbage is stir-fried to release steam, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and continue to stir-fry evenly

Add hot water, soaked vermicelli and a little salt

Add a piece of soup stock

After boiling, cover and simmer over medium heat for a few minutes

After stewing for about 5 minutes, add the remaining cabbage leaves into the pot and continue stewing

Simmer until the vermicelli is soft and smooth and the soup is thick, then turn off the heat
