Overview

One day I had a bowl of vegetarian braised noodles at a famous temple in Dalanqiong. The toppings were braised chicken, carrots, and mushrooms. I thought it tasted particularly good. I made it today. I modified it by adding eggs and kelp. The taste was really fresh! Great with noodles and rice!

  1. Ingredients: Slices of vegetarian chicken are fried in a frying pan to create a burnt shell.

  2. After both sides are browned (so they won't break when stewing), take them out.

  5. Cook some rice wine, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce for coloring, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, chicken powder, add hot water (more water to cover the ingredients) and stew.
